Port Station One - In 2009, the Port acquired the City of Toledo’s former Public Safety Building, with the understanding that the Port would rehabilitate the building and grounds into viable and usable property. The Port completed the remodel and moved its office to the East end of the building in 2011, with the remainder of the building available for commercial lease. The second unit is currently leased to Fishpeople Seafood.

Outside Storage – The outside storage area at the Port of Toledo’s Industrial Complex Building is a secure, fenced in area with on-site security personnel. It is a great location to store trailers, boats, and RVs and conveniently located in Toledo on North Bay Road. Port Outside Storage Rates are based on .15 per square foot, per month.
